While there is free parking available on-site, we recommend using the Aldridge Community Centre car park (Middlemore Lane WS9 8AN), which is right next door and usually has more space.

We've got all the equipment covered for you - no need to bring anything extra.
Just come dressed in comfortable gym gear, bring a bottle of water, and a small towel if you like.
If you can't make a session, no worries - just give us a heads-up as early as possible so we can adjust things on our end.

In our experience, PAYG often leads to inconsistency - and that holds you back. We're here to support real, lasting change, and that starts with commitment. Offering PAYG would actually be doing you a disservice.
